Under the Sehat Sahulat Program, LRH will provide free treatment facilities to the families of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). 

Sehat Card Plus Activation:

• Step 1: Check your eligibility

SMS your National Identity Card number to 8500, without space & dashes to check your eligibility in the program.
 

• Step 2: Documents required

Bring the following documents when you visit LRH.

• Family Head CNIC
• Patient CNIC
• B-Form (in case of child Treatment)

• Step 3: ID card verification:

After reaching LRH, approach the dedicated Sehat Sahulat Program representative counter at OPD for further assistance. The Sehat Sahulat Program staff shall verify your ID and will guide you for the treatment accordingly.

• Step 4: Get the treatment free of cost

The cost of treatment after the patient has been admitted in the hospital shall be charged from the Sehat Sahulat card.
