What Information do I need to bring with me to the hospital ?
Patients should bring the following.
- CNIC & Copy
- Old Documents
What is the admission and discharge process ?
For admission you need prescription from consultant and provide Copy of CNIC to our reception. They will prepare your file which carried Admission form and information checklist. At the time of admission they will hand over 1 Attendant pass and brief you accordingly.
For Discharge the concern department will prepare discharge summary.
Does Hospital have diagnostic services & Support of pharmacy ?
Yes we have State of the art Pathology & Radiology departments running under the supervision of highly qualified and well trained staff. Our all procedures and reports are reliable.
